Community Forum and bridge users

I really find it quite nice helping people with there questions. It used to be simple because every Homey was similar, only the specs were different. Nowadays i try to help but notice afterwards that my advice/solution is total rubbish for bridge users.

Asking to start your topic with, what kind of Homey you own, will in my opinion not solve the problem.

I know there are forums(e.g Ubiquiti) where users can add the device they own. That way you know when you have the knowledge to help.

Maybe there are more ways to make it somehow better for all community members?

When Homey cloud/bridge/beta was introduced @ sept. '21, a ‘Homey café’ conversation for this exact issue was started, but nothing’s changed (yet)
