Was planning to change wifi networks but would i need to back up everything or just start a new setup and log back in?

i have the homey pro (2023)
I have Homey Pro 2023, followed the guidance. And… lost all settings. Account is empty again.
Can’t find a way to get anything back. So recommend back-up.
What did Athom say about that?
Awaiting their feedback, once I hear back will share back. Maybe somewhere in the process it’s been a mistake from my side, as I am a new Homey user since this month.
But nevertheless now signed up for the back-up option.

You did not press the pin at the bottom for over 29 seconds:
Still “your” Pro doesn’t show up in the mobile app, you probably started/selected a new instance of the free trial version of Homey Cloud.
It can be recognised by it’s icon, a house, and it’s description “Homey” :
You’re not the first one mixing things up, it’s not very transparent
To add your Pro again, goto
This somewhat confusing command, also adds existing Homey’s to the app.
NOTE: you can create offline backups of a Pro 2023, however it’s not possible when it’s running.
With a Cloud backup subscription, backups are created automatically whilst Homey’s running.
