Z-wave is unrelated to wifi.
But Homey and IPv6 possibly aren’t friends yet and the Fibaro app might be influenced by the “not installed” Homey bug.
Possibly the online “is app X installed or not” check mechanism has a hard time to reach Homey when IPv6 is enabled, at least that’s how I think it works.
Make sure to update to the latest Homey firmware
