Ive had this issue before and i cant remember how i’ve solved it, its quite annoying. I cant reorder my favorites, the icons simply does not show up. I’ve reinstalled the app but it does not solve the issue. Anybody have had the same issue?
Do you have any favorite devices in the first place? That screenshot shows that there are no favorite devices. You can add favorite devices by tapping them, and reorder them afterwards.
Yes i have a bunch of favorites, the issue is that they do not show up when i want to rearrange them.
Have you tried to force close the app and re-open it? Have you tried to clear the cache (hold the icon → App info → Storage → Clear cache)?
