Sorting Icons in Favorites on Home page

Can the order these Icons are displayed be changed? It looks like they appear in the order they were added.

If you click on the gear , you will see 3 horizontal lines on the right side of your favorites. Touch the 3 horizontal lines and drag the device up or down.

Does anyone know how to do this with the current app? There is no gear icon anymore, long press does nothing. Did they just remove this?
