I ordered a Homey Pro through homey.app about 8 days ago, and a day after that found it at a local retailer and decided to purchase it there and email “info@homey.app” to cancel the original order.
So far I haven’t receive a response to any of my 2 emails, and the original order I made hasn’t moved at all either.
Is there some other way I can get in touch with them to get this order cancelled and a refund issued?
