I am new to the forum and am writing because I could not find a similar entry.
I bought a new Homey pro 2023 and installed several apps like Sonos, Ikea and Samsung. For some reason I can’t install aqara and govee (govee can only be installed on a virtual Homey machine). i tried almost everything (reset, change location from Austria to Germany, power off and wait 15min, let install overnight) but still no progress. Does anyone have the same problem and could solve it?

Because why not? Are you getting errors?
no error - iin the iphone-app it says it will install but it doesnt. when i try to add in the web-app a aqara switch or govee led strip it doesnt find anything.
They’re not showing in “More > Apps” in the mobile app?

yes they are. and i can choose between Homey and Homey pro. so i choose Homey pro and it says “App will be installed on Homey shortly” - but it never installs on the Homey pro.
That means they are installed.
But it sounds like you have both a Homey (Cloud, which I think you’re calling a “virtual Homey machine”) and a Homey Pro.
Make sure that you have selected the correct device in the app settings.
maybe wrong description from my side. what i wanted to say is that i can install Govee on Homey (when you go to your account you can add your Homey, Homey pro and Homey bridge) - so i add a “virtuell device” and was able to install govee on Homey, but not on Homey pro - anyway i still cant install Aqara and now i found out that i cant install Tuya to HOMEY PRO.

It sounds like you’re installing on one Homey device and the Homey app is showing your other Homey device.
In the Homey app, go to “More”, then at the top of the screen, below your name, select the Homey device, which should open a device selector. Is that set to your Homey Pro?
i can choose Homey pro and homey.
In homey pro i tried to install but it never installed. like shown on the picture.
i also can remove homey and work only with homey pro, but again it says it will install but never does - at least i cant see it in the app overview of installed apps
Have you tried installing directly from the app store website?

If you’re 100% everything is set up correctly and the apps aren’t getting installed, your Homey might be broken and you should issue a support request with Athom: https://support.homey.app/hc/en-us/articles/360015784034-Submitting-a-support-request
I got this message after every install. And then the app is available under Apps, so it did install anyway. Just be shure to select the correct Homey to install the app on…
yes i know, i get the same message for ikea, sonos… and it will install immediately, but not with Aqara, govee, tuya…
