Cant install apps on Homey Pro (early 2019)?

I’’ve had my Mini for only a few days but having similar problems with exactly the same error with the Community Alexa app. Everything else is working fine so far. Will try a 10 minute reboot to see if this cures the problem but your notes suggests that this probably may not cure the problem with this specific app.
