Can't find any IO motors with the Somfy Tahoma app

Perfect, found them! Interesting, by the way, that they are listed as Velux roller schutters, while I’m pretty sure they are Somfy shutters. I’m not sure, though, but I in any case have Somfy remotes.

When I first took over the app the controllableName was the unique identity of each product. However, over the years, manufacturers have started to mix and match motors, so the naming convention has been messed up. Velux have always used Somfy motors, hence the name in the app.

Hi @Adrian_Rockall I am having an issue finding our awning that are controlled with a Sitio 1 IO (1way). It worked years back until I had to reset the Somfy hub and now I can’t find it in the Tahoma Home. Any input for what to do at this stage?

Either try all the different drivers, or go to the app settings and send the device log so I can look up the required driver.

Could you tell me what name you gave it in the Somfy app?

Could you assist in troubleshooting my issue. I have the tahoma connectivity box with 7 shutters for outside paired to it.

When i install Somfy tahoma conexxoon app on homey it doesnt show any of these devices. Log in with somfy credentials is working.

When i sent over the log i receive an error.

Only just stumbled across your message, so sorry for the delay.

I have had some internet issues at home, so maybe you could try sending the log again. Also let me know the name you gave to one of the shutters when added it to your Somfy account so I can identify it.

For future reference, post in the application topic and then the developer (me in this case) will be notified and be able to reply sooner.

I cannnot find my Somfy device called LVR Pergola. I do see it in the information log.

It should be found with the ‘Exterior blind (io)’/‘Verticale buitenzonwering (io)’ device.

Hello Adrian, would need a bit of help as well. Sent you the device log few ago, it should be with no.: 1133681792.
Basically when I try to add my io blinds (tried almost every option, even seen from the log it should be under the “exterior venetian blinds (io)”) it always says “no new devices found”. Could you advise me with this issue?

Those motors aren’t currently supported by the app, so I will add them as soon as I can.

You need to install the latest test version from https://homey.app/en-gb/app/com.somfy.tahoma/Somfy-TaHoma-&-Connexoon/test/

I tried this version, but I got an error "ENOTFOUND" (log ID: 25410684).

That error is caused by a DNS issue. It often means Homey or the Tahoma box needs a reboot.
