Can't add Zooz 71 (800) or Zooz 72 (800) to Homey Pro

Trying to add these 2 Zooz devices. I added the pin # and then, using my Mac got an error: Unable to connect; SECURITY_2_MESSAGE_ENCAPSULATION and then when attempting to add by iPhone got an error: TRANSMIT_COMPLETE_FAIL_PHY.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

After restarting Homey and excluding and re-pairing the Zooz units a few times, finally got them paired. Ugh.
