Did you try resetting the device as well (though in this case I doubt it would matter). Could you post a screenshot of the device-info (hardware-id, software-id, manufacturer-id etc) after it was included as a basic device?

That is not clear which option is to use in fibaro but looks like it sould be Relay Switch 2 and it also doesn’t work. [42]

Can you try one more thing? When add device and asks you to “Pick a brand”, don’t select Fibaro, just select Homey and then z-wave. Click Install and put your device to inclusion mode. Let us know the result…

But first delete the device from Homey and reset the device…

If you know how to install an app through the CLI, you could also alter the app yourself and add the correct product-Id for your device…
