Cannot purchase Dashboard on my ipad 5th gen

Hi all,
I would like to install dashboards on an old Ipad 5th gen. with IOS 16.7.10. In the homey app on the Ipad I cannot purchase dashboards on my Homey pro 2019 (Aankoop niet beschikbaar). Can I by Dasboards on my Iphone and will it works then on my old Ipad?

Yes, you can. Dashboards will work on all devices that meet the minimum requirements then.
Make sure the apps and firmware is updted to the latest version.
