Good thing about it, is that solutions can be found. I don’t mind putting in the work, as long as I know I’m not wasting my time.
this was my issue, my auto unify 2.4 wifi channel tuning interfered with my fixed zigbee channel ZigBee and Wi-Fi Coexistence | MetaGeek

That wouldn’t prevent devices connecting when directly next to the hub, only issues at distance.
Worth checking for sure, but shouldn’t detract from the issue that Homey has a ZigBee bug which can’t be overcome in some scenarios
it can when zigbee crashed by overflooding messages of wifi comm and it does not recover from that. I noticed that, had to restart homey
also try to remove some routers, also noticed tuya zigbee are not stable as hue or so.
moved now to HA and using zigbee2mqtt . logs, zigbee data, full control and not x apps to install.
with home assistant community app back to homey. Best of both worlds.
