we have added 2 cameras in homey pro app 2023 model now my doubt is wheather it can record the camera feeds and how can we enable this
No this is not possible on Homey. The Homey itself doesn’t actually get involved at all with live video from cameras - the mobile app uses a player under the hood to stream directly from the camera and display the feed. The Homey itself doesn’t have the required processor or storage capacity to transcode or record. For that you need some 3rd party solution (many of which can themselves be integrated with Homey). I use the Ubiqiti Unifi Protect system for this.

Nice, is a camera enough or do you need the hub too ?
The UniFi protect system only works with a UniFi gateway device running the UniFi Protect app. The Homey app connects to Protect running on a UniFi Gateway.
