Just some thoughts regarding Zigbee: after transferring to your new Homey, the Zigbee mesh network has to be built up again.
Could it be that some devices are now routed in the Zigbee mesh through sleepy end point devices (battery powered devices) instead of router devices that are permanently powered (like a smart plug)? Sleepy end point devices are not active most of the time and will not relay any communication to the next point in the mesh until they wake up. That could cause not responding devices and/or delayed actions.
You could try to repair (via Advanced setting in the device tile > Try to fix the device option) router devices first and then battery powered end point devices.
Further there might be interference on the Zigbee channel Homey is using. Check this post: [HOW TO] Plan and setup your Zigbee network - #19 by Peter_Kawa
