BSEED Zigbee Touch Light Switch Glass 1/2/3 Gang

Hi, I used the Fibaro control unit until now. I decided to switch to Homey Pro. Unfortunately, I have big problem with the connection of BSEED Zigbee Touch Light Switch, which worked on Fibaro without any problem. When I connect the switches to the Homey Pro it is possible to control them only from the application. When I control the switches manually, their state does not change in the application. So they are in fact unusable , especially for creating the flows. In addition, when connecting a two-channel switch the system does not recognize two channels and both channels connect and disconnect simultaneously, not separately. Is it there any solution how to solve this fatal problem?

Hi Pavel,

I can’t find a bseed app… curious how you got it to work partly.
You make it sound bseed should work flawless with Homey Pro, but did you check up front? Where is your info source?

It’s an unexpected compatibility thing. A switch which electrocutes persons is fatal :hugs::upside_down_face:

Can it be, that BSEED does not have two way communication?
Like KAKU?

Hi Peter, I set it up as an unknown ZigBee device. The control from the Homey App works, but the switches does not change their state in Homey App when controlled manually. So it can be used, but it is not possible to use switches as a starter for the flow.

Ah I see. Indeed, the Homey zigbee driver can operate switches and relays.
But unfortunately there’s no ‘a switch was turned on/off’ driver.

Hi Pavel
In sept, I have the same issue with my BSEED Touch Light Switch… no update
