hello for the last few days my bradlink rm pro + has not been working on homey its ok on the main broardlink app but not on the homey app
I have uninstall it from homey and reinstalled it and it works ok for a day or 2 and then stops again like homey can’t send the signal to the divice I just get a time out error message
the other anyying thing is when I uninstall till it looses all the remote control I have manly put in to home is there no way of backing them up so you dint need to keep on manly putting them back in
This is the default “result” for all Homey apps one uninstalls.
As you’ve discovered, anything app related gets removed, without a confirmation dialog (at least Home Assistant asks if you want to remove all related stuff OR NOT)
So, make sure to have a recent backup at hand before uninstalling apps you still need.
You’re not the first, but, I just don’t understand why users first uninstall and install an app before asking for support.
@ homey it’s adequate to install an app over the existing running app, using the app install button of the homey.app/store
