So I have these bulbs and I paired it through the Cync app and it works perfectly in the location upstairs. But I can’t seem to find gecync to work with an app on homey app so I reset the bulb and then paired it with the homey pro with the matter scam thing. Through struggles I finally got it to pair. I obviously moved the bulb where it was a foot away and still struggled to connect but seemed to connect.
Whenever I turn the bulb on and off it works nice when it’s right next the the homey pro. Then I move it upstairs which is directly above it through the floors. (Still like 5ft away) And it for some reason doesn’t work at all. I have govee neon lights and Philips hue upstairs that works perfectly.
If anyone has any ideas let me know. Otherwise is this pointless to have these bulbs? I’m looking at some innr bulbs for zigbee and for WiFi bulbs might just go with govee since I know the other WiFi bulbs work. But they say the Homey pro hub works with any matter device but I’m nervous to get any matter device now. I want to get the nanoleaf matter over thread bulbs. Would that work better?
