Indeed they seem to be busy trying to solve app instability
Because the app developers probably don’t read this forum, I recommend to inform them per email about your issues, as mentioned at the app store app page.

Same here. This is the only app on my HP2023 that I have to restart at least once a week.
I have done, several times over the past 2 years, never had a response about this particular app
Yeah, that’s a real shame. But, on the positive side, looking at the updates, they seem to read (some) of them .
It seems to work with Homey 12.8.0 again
That’s on Homey 2023? Mine is an older early 2019 Homey Pro and is, as I type, upgrading to 12.7.1
12.8.0 is a update for the Hoemey Pro 2023.
Just updated it to version 12.8.0 and will see what happens.
First i have to pause some flows. On my washing machine and dryer are smart plugs.
When they measured a power, more then 100W, then the Home connect app was restarting.
That has worked for now.
I’ve been trying latest experimental for a week and seems no better, if not worse. Changed from weekly reboot to nightly reboot but seems to work for an hour or so then everything gets queued (i.e. if you restart app, all the alerts then com in). I’ve dropped a note to Lex to ask for an update.
Cheers
Darrell
Only thing that worked with me was rebooting prior starting the device. So deleted the app from homey…
I’ve used following workaround… added the device in home assistant and then used the community app. works like a charm…
Version 3.2.67 is still not working& on my HP23.
I have to restart the app, everytime when i use a device that needs a notification on the Homey app.
The app restarted when the washing machine ore dryer needs more power then 50W. (1 time)
I use smart sockets to measure the power.
Ver 3.2.72 released yesterday seems to have kick started all my alerts again - fingers crossed it stays working.
Scrap that, didnt last, none of the alerts are consistent at all now. Anyone else found a fix to this yet?
Broken record here, but no. This app have defied all attempts to sort through numerous versions. My Homey is an early 2019 and seems that many new features will not be coming to it, but this app is far from new
For now, restarting the app (twice in a row) based on power usage is the only trick we’ve got…
Funny enough, older versions were more “stable”
Older versions actually worked. Not sure exactly when the app stopped being useful but it was sometime around when Bosch-Siemens changed their login to that singlekey thing
I still have the app installed in the hope that it becomes usable again, but after a couple of years I am not hopeful. I removed it from all flows about a year ago.
I’m getting nothing from App now, even after multiple restarts - it seems it works just once if there is something pending after the restart and that’s it. Has anyone had any responses from developer?
Also issues here, for a couple of weeks now. It used to work but it stopped. When I try to repair, I can log on, authenticate, when going back to Homey I get the message “HomeAppliance is offline’“. That’s it. End of message. It’s a bit annoying as my notifications flow is depening on it.
I decided to give the app another chance just now and restarted it three times in a row before starting the wash cycle. The cycle status showed up the whole time, and I got the “finished” notification from both Bosch connect app and Homey…
I love to see this app working. But after a year maybe twice it worked.
The app has worked, till a couple of weeks ago.
but before that, every day at 2:30 i restarted the app and it worked just fine.
but now, it is very bad.
For now i restart the app if the power on the smart plug of my wachingmachine or dryer exeed the 50W. Then put a yes/no to no and when the device is ready i get a notification and then the yes/no i set to yes.
