Bosch Siemens Home Connect App

Today i did get a update for my Siemens dryer. Door open and door closed is now recognised by the app.
Let’s see if this is still working in two days.

My washing machine has been working without any problems for about 3 years, door open, door closed are recognized perfectly by the app.

@Jan_Willem_Visser My washing machine was also working ok with door open/door closed.
But my dryer did nothing with door open/door closed. After the update now it works also for the dryer.

I have the same problem now, I had a dishwasher from Siemens for two years, worked perfectly, hence I now bought a Washing Machine and a dryer from Siemens. That was a mistake, after just adding the Dryer I am getting this Rate Limit error. Even after removing the dryer again, I am getting this error every day, makes the dishwasher pretty useless for remote control based on my solar panel output. I now also removed the dishwasher, now have to wait 24 hours to see if the error goes away. Embarrassing for a product which is on the market for over 10 years, that the software is so poorly written that it cannot support more than one device and then hangs itself up in it’s own error

@Victor_Harmeijer Were do you see you have a rate lijkt error?
I have never seen that before.
And my 3 devices are still working with the app at this moment.
Even i reset the app daily at night.

Hi Mike, on the devices tab from Homey, both the dishwasher and the dryer show a red triangle. When I push on them it opens a repair screen and on top it mentions Rate Limit exceeded, try again in 1440 minutes, currently it shows 721 minutes.

I’ve had a red exclamation mark appear before because I lost my connection.

When that happens, I unplug the device, plug it back in, and the connection is restored.

Are you able to connect to the devices using the official Siemens app?

And have you also connected to the Siemens server in Homey?

I’ve had same issue in last 48 hours, both dishwasher and washing machine are red triangle in Homey Pro and won’t repair. they are both connected to Wi-Fi and working in the Home Connect App
