Trying my luck again…

As previously described, I was able to set my blinds to a specific position (percentage) via flow cards, but the control slider itself never worked (image in my previous post).

I hadn’t used the position cards in my flows for a long time, but when I tried to use them today, they no longer work. This must have been caused by the last update (yes, I know it was over seven months ago), because it definitely worked before. So now the control slider is broken (as it was before) and the percentage flow cards don’t work.

My blinds do support percentage based positioning as it works in the Bond Android app (via slider similar to Homey controls), but on the Homey Developer page I only see:

  • windowcoverings_state, which shows up, down, or idle
  • windowcoverings_set, which is always 1, regardless of how open or closed the blind is

As said, I’m 100% sure I was able to control the position (percentage) before, and the blinds clearly support it (works in the Bond Android app).

I would be really grateful if you could look into this.

Hi @gslender

I just added my Bond Bridge to Home Assistant, and that confirmed that my blinds do support percentage settings, including dragging the slider to a specific percentage. It is only not working in Homey, although, as I mentioned previously, it did work when I first installed the app.

I would appreciate it if you could confirm whether this app is still actively being worked on and supported by you, or if it has officially been abandoned and we should no longer expect any updates or bug fixes.

Thanks for the update, that actually fixed it! The “slider” now works, and I can set the blinds to a specific percentage in the flows.
