Blitzwolf SHP15 niet herkend Tuya app

Ik heb onlangs een aantal Blitzwolf SHP15 Zigbee stekkers besteld maar merk dat deze niet worden herkend bij het toevoegen in de Tuya Zigbee App.

Weet iemand of je zelf hier iets aan kan doen? De stekker wordt nu enkel herkend als aan/uit stekker terwijl er ook energiemeting op zit. Ik dacht bestel een keer de nieuwere versie van de SHP13, hehe niet zo handig dus.

Hoi, de meeste apps hebben eigen topics om dit soort vragen / verzoeken te stellen of te doen, ook de Tuya zigbeee app.

Dank je wel Peter voor je reply en info. Zoals je ziet ben ook ik nieuw hier dus moet wennen en zoeken naar de juiste manier van dingen aanleveren. Ik heb de code aangepast :slight_smile: en gezocht in het forum!

Geen idee waarom deze dan herkend wordt als Generic Zigbee device heb mijn homey zover mogelijk bijgewerkt, weet alleen niet hoe je Zigbee drivers of community apps kan installeren, wellicht zit daar nog iets bij wat ik (nog) niet gedaan heb.

De juiste zigbee app zou voldoende moeten zijn, Sjoerd.

Probeer het anders eens met de test versie van de Tuya Zigbee app, deze kun je gewoon ‘over’ de live versie installeren (en je kunt de live versie weer over de test versie installeren als je dat wil).

Ik heb nu de expiremental versie draaien en daar worden de plugs wel prima herkend en ondersteund :smiley: snap alleen niet waarom ze het dan niet 100% in de live versie doen maar goed, laat de homey Tuya wel zo draaien voorlopig. Ik ben blij dat ik mijn 10 plugs kan gebruiken :smiley:

Fijn om te horen.
De test/experimental versie van een app is vaak de voorloper van de volgende live versie, met bijv. nieuwe functies, nieuwe apparaten ondersteuning e.d., maar er kunnen ook foutjes in zitten.
Bij de SHP15 zat er blijkbaar iets fout in de live versie.
