My homey is blinking white and nothing works as it should, i can’t connect to it via the app and the light blinking won’t stop unless i turn it off.

Unfortunately you don’t mention which Homey you use, so here are the support articles for both Homey Pros, 2016 — 2019 and early 2023:
But a blinking white LED ring isn’t mentioned in both support articles.
What does it means exactly? Pull the plug?
Thank you for your answer, I’m using the 2019 model and I meant pulling the plug yes.
