Battery Zigbee device marked with gray question mark, why?

Hey Homeys!

Does anyone know why a Zigbee device gets marked with a gray question mark in Developer tools? (And for those on this forum who like to nitpick over words…I know it’s a black question mark in a gray square.)

The device (an IKEA Trådfri motion sensor) is working as it should, sending me a notification when it detects motion. I tried to interview it, but since it’s a battery device it didn’t work. It’s placed in a hard to reach spot, so it’s a pain to activate the pairing button manually to wake it up.

May happen from time to time. To fix this (in case device do not respond to any activity), you can pair it again without removal and do maintenance / repair on it, it shall shows the routes again.
