Well yeah, but I think we also know Athom was founded in 2015 and the company was registered in the Netherlands at that time. Knowing it was a startup by students at that time doesn’t make it hard to understand they didn’t trademark the name at that time. May raise questions, but their presence as a legal company with the name Athom in the Smart Home industry based in the Netherlands but not limited to the Dutch (or European) market, isn’t debatable.
