ATAG One thermostat, buttons don't work, do you know why?

I connected the thermostat to the boiler and there is a message that there is no connection with the boiler, but everything was OK, I set the language, time, entered all the data and the message “no contact with the boiler” was displayed, and the buttons on the thermostat do not work, do I need to change any settings in the boiler?
