Aqua Temp pool heater

Hi again.
I know that this HA integration works. Might be able to get som ideas what needs to be corrected.

Hi Ludwig. I would like to help fixing the issue, as I need the app working with my own heatpump. Otherwise I would be forced to make my own from scratch, which I think would be a waste since most of your app probably already works, when the oauth login is fixed.

Bought my Heatpump in 2020 always used the native app. Happy Homey owner since a few monthts and found out this app works perfectly for my Heat pump. Had a little struggle with the login as well but thanks to this forum it works perfectly! @Ludwig_Hallgren Big thanks for your work!

@Tim_VW Can you please elaborate on what you mean with that you found the solution in this community? I too have my native app working like a charm but I just can’t get the Homey app Aqua temp to connect.

Any useful suggestion is highly appreciated

Hi all.

I have now gotten the code from @Ludwig_Hallgren. Thank you :+1:

I will have a look at it now and get back here when I have any updates on the progress.

Asum! Hope to hear from you soon

Hi all.

I now have all values read from the heat pump. Next up is updating values. (Turn on/off, set temperature)

Do you know how to fix the connection?

That is what he is adding. New authentication will also work.

Hi @Martin_Karlgren

My last update was to show my progress. Since not everything is working yet, I have not made my update public.

I will update here when a new app is ready for download.

Thanks! Will download it now

Does it work then?

I can sign in and see all info i want in Homey. But it seems to be a problem to shut off / start from Homey. Maybe it was an issue today only. I will do a try tomorrow. Didnt have time today so i turned it of from Aqua Temp.

Today it works fine. Probably som local issue at my Home

Now i cant sign in anymore?

I got the same problem this evening. Before that, it worked like a charm all day today. Any thougts?

Hi Magnus.

I have switched to a new flow, so that when you add a new device, it will ask for username and password in the process. But if you have already installed the device, I guess it is missing the username and password (as it was not entered during the device add). A simple uninstall and install will fix the issue.

I have just released a new version 1.2.0, where the current/ampere, surrounding temperature, and inverter frequency is displayed.
And also from version 1.1.0, it is now supported to have more than one device/heatpump on the same account. You will then get at list of devices after entering username and password. If you have already installed the app you would need to reinstall or else you will get the “Username or password not set”

In next version I will look into shared accounts. So you can create an account for homey in the aqautemp app on the phone, and then share your heatpump with that account. This is to avoid being logged out of the aqautemp app every time homey makes a request. Further it will also make it possible to share devices with other users. (if anyone ever want to do that)

I will also look into getting the flow alarm out, so that you can trigger an action card, if the there is no flow on the water going through the heatpump.
