Aqara Wireless Remote Switch H1 double rocker does not connect

Hi all,

Last week I bought the Homey Bridge and the Aqara Wireless Remote Switch H1 double rocker, among other stuff I already had. Although the device is available in Homey via the Aqara app, it does not recognize the device. The pairing request ultimately times out. Has anybody on here had the same issue?

If not, I am looking for an alternative wireless smart switch. Maybe someone can advise?

I have the very same issue, the app times out during “interview” and never succeed to be paired with homey
