Do anyone know if Aqara Thermostat E1 works with Homey Pro now?

Hi Rasmus, welcome.

You can check that in the homey.app store yourself;
Search for Aqara, follow the returned link. Then look for the Thermostat E1, or just use your browser search function CTRL+f

While I had to make this screenshot, here you go. It is not supported yet. You can request for this device to be added to the app, just follow the links at the bottom of that app store page.
