Well, my replacement also doenst work. The older version have also a faint click and those works! Sounds like a software bug.

just got my replacement as well. No luck there either. Next step is contacting aqara then :frowning:

I have the same issue. Old door senirs work but not T1. Installation ok but cant even see battery status nor contact alarm status. Any so lutions?

My multiple T1 sensors connect to Homey, but do not report contact status or battery status. the same T1 sensors connect to an aqara hub and work without issue. my older aqara sensors connect to Homey and work without issue. i.e. there is something not working for the T1 Sensor in Homey

Same problem for me. Two times T1 contact sensors. They pair and gets interviewed. Then no response. Tried both drivers. App version 1.10.3. They should have been working since v1.8.2 in January? Someone got them working? The old once are functioning.

I have several T1 Door and Window sensors with two different product IDs. Both work with Homey: lumi.magnet.agl02 lumi.sensor_magnet.aq2 Using app version 1.10.3.

In that case you’d best contact the Aqara app developer, otherwise nothing gets fixed
