I don’t personally have experience with Aqara lights. I do have several other T1-series devices: door & window sensors, water leak sensors, light sensor and temperature & humidity sensors.
I have been using them for a year now directly connected to my Homey Pro 2023 in conjunction with other Aqara devices (including the prior non-T1 version of those sensors) and Zigbee router devices from others brands (mostly INNR and SONOFF). I haven’t run into issues (knock on wood 
).

Not all devices may be supported and sometimes certain capabilities of a device are not supported. Check the first post of the linked forum topic for more details on which devices and capabilities are currently supported.
