[APP] Trust Smart Home (Dutch: KlikAan KlikUit) by Athom

I tried to add a ACM-300 dimmerswitch I cannot reach because it is behind a plastered ceiling.
Pushing a button on my TMT 502 transmitter did not work. It looks like copying of commands from a transmitter is not working at all. I hope this conclusion is not correct.

Since last week i have a few problems with klik aan klik uit (kaku).
The automatic flows for switching switches (acc-3500) automatic off didn’t work anymore. I restarted the kaku app, and also the homey pro but without success.
I use the flow chart ‘set all switches off’. When i seperately use a flow chart with set a specific switch off, it works again. Any thoughts?

It happens a few times since i have the homey pro, with a delete of all devices and flows it works again. Could someone explain to me what the problem is with kaku? I’m thinking about it to remove all kaku components, because it’s really frustrating to setup it again and again.

Just to make clear, that is a Zone command, not a KaKu command?

When you mean this card type:

Don’t use it if it switches more than 2 or 3 lights at a time.
Isn’t related to KaKu.
Your devices probably work fine when operated one by one, by you using the Homey app.

To command more than 3 devices, group them using the < group > app.
This app commands grouped devices with a slight delay between each group device, to workaround the native malfunctioning multi device commands.

Hello, I use it like below

You mean this app below?

Yes, that’s right. But when the flow chart isn’t working, a single kaku command in the homey app also didn’t work anymore. (pressing the specific device to turn it on or off). After reset it works again.

Hmmm whats not clear about app name “< group >”
So yes.

I was looking for official apps, not a third related app
When possible i try only use apps what frequently keeps updated.
The more different apps are used in the same flow, the more difficult it becomes to find where the error comes from.

Why do you ask for help anyways
Good luck with your “official” apps. They’re most of the time inferior to 3rd party developer apps, and can take months and months for getting bugfixed / updated.

The < group > app works 200% better than the “turn all lights off” native cards

Nothing personal, we just have a very different view on how to run Homey the most convenient & reliable way

To make myself clear, i use a lot of the community apps. I think athom / homey isn’t usefull without all the people who make apps for it. But when i install a app that’s not official i always try to use one that’s update frequent or just very stable.

I installed the group app, but how do i linked the devices to a standard group? (i read the documentation on the app page like below, but i can’t find it to group them ).

When creating a new group simply:

  1. Choose the class of group you want (ie. lights)
  2. Select the devices you want in the group
  3. Pick the icon you want to use for the group

The app will create a group of the selected devices, where you can control all of their common capabilities.

Since a couple of days I’m not able to control my Trust Smart Home (KaKu) devices with Homey. They can be controlled with the hardware remote.

When I try to turn the device on and off with Homey I get a timeout after 30s. I restarted my Homey and reinstalled the Trust smart home app without any succes.

Does anyone have an idea what’s wrong and what I can do to solve it?

Hi there, I am a Homey Pro (Early 2023) newbie here, trying to integrate various devices.
Actually I am looking for an easy opportunity to control various of my Trust Smart Home Start Line On/Off Switches without dismounting majority of them (ACM-1000) installed in a very tight environment behind wall plugs or APC3 2300R.
I have installed the Smart Trust Home App in Homey, but this one is not showing my devices.
In the past I was able to add my devices to the Trust Smart Home Octopus Internet Control Station - ICS-2000 using the Trust Smart Home remote control AYCT-102.

Can I teach the Homey Pro using the Trust Smart Home remote control AYCT-102?
Or is there any other “easy to go” solution?

Thank you.
Claudius

When the screen on your Homey says “Press the button on your device once” just click below “Copy from remote” and send a signal from your remote or ICS-2000.

Hello Rmb, thank you for your support.
Until your answer I have installed in Homey the “Trust Smart Home (Zigbee)” app only.
After installation of the KlikAan KlikUit “Trust Smart Home” app everything is working as expected.

Can we expect support for the ASUN 660 any time soon?
Since this device supports opening and closing blinds based on a percentage rather than fully closed/opened.

Experianced the same problem some weeks ago. It was solved after I updated the homey firmware to 7.1.1 and rebooted

Oke, thanks.
i will try again

Hi,

Kinda new to Homey. Apparantly the Klikaanklikuit ACM-2000 receiver is not supported, which of course I bought without verifying.

Is there any way to still add the device to Homey?

Thanks!

Pair it with one of the other on/off switches as base. Almost all ON/Off switches are using the same codes.
