Buenas tardes, estoy intentando crear un flow que cuando el Tractive de mi perro entre dentro de una valla virtual determinada, este me avise con una notificación push.
El problema que estoy teniendo, es que parece ser que no detecta que ha entrado dentro de la valla virtual (la aplicación de tractive si que me avisa de que ha entrado dentro de la valla virtual) y por lo tanto no me envía la notificación.
¿Me podríais ayudar con esta configuración?

I have yes. I tried to restart the app and it worked after that.

I bought the device because I have a dog that is prone to breaking the fence and going for walks around the neighbourhood.
I’m testing the product and I’ve noticed that the data update is very delayed.
Today, for example, I went for a walk and received the notification after 15min that we had left the area, while when we returned, I was notified after 25min.
Do you also have this delay or is there some parameter to change?

Is it possible to add some extra data to Homey? I am missing the health data: activity, sleep, heart rate, breathing rate, and barking. Is it possible to add these? I also don’t see them as an option in Logic.

Hi! I am updating a dashboard on changes. Triggering an advanced flow to update it. Currently I need 10+ triggers per animal (charging started, charging stopped, tracker state changed x5, etc..). Could you make some more broad triggers, e.g. “Tracker state changed” (flowcard: state changed to).

I’ve been in touch with Tractive about this. They mentioned that this functionality isn’t supported through their API yet.
There’s a chance it might be added in the future, but as of now, it’s not available.
Does this app also work for the tractive cat mini?

Since about a week and a half most of the tractive app works and synchronizes. I get a push message in homey when the battery of the tracker is getting low. Etc. However, the tractive app lets me know when our dog leaves the virtual fence hut homey doesn’t see it anymore. Most of tractive options are updated but the virtual fence is not. And i use that to turn on alarms etc. Can you help me out?
Notice the same, entering or leaving the virtual fence isnt updating in the homey app.

Ik heb meerdere omheiningen in de tracktive app, allemaal met een andere naam.
In Homey kan ik alleen de omheining Thuis kiezen. Ik heb in Homey een aantal variabelen @Omheining aangemaakt met de naam van mijn omheiningen in Tractive. Maar die kan ik dan niet kiezen. Alle omheiningen blijven bij mij op Thuis staan. Als ik de tag “virtuele omheining is veranderd naar [naam]” gebruik, kan ik ook niet de naam van de omheining veranderen. Wat doe ik fout?
Ik heb de app ook al opnieuw geinstalleerd in Homey, maar het werkt niet.

Removed power saving zone, fixed geofence triggers and other improvements.
Anyone know why this change? It broke some of my flows, and I miss it.
Edit: Never mind, I can answer it myself. Was moved to the Tracker State card.
Hi I have added Tractive and i can see the available things you can use to trigger in a flow. Is there any way of starting the tracking live from a dashboard orenabling a light or sound from dashboard?
You could create a flow to enable live tracking, light or buzzer and put it on a dashboard? I haven’t created widgets for this app.
