same here cant re-add them
Hello, for the past hour, Iāve had two Sonos speakers that no longer respond in the flows. I keep getting the error message āError: Resource Gone,ā even after repairing the speakers. Are you experiencing the same issue? Is it a general problem? Whatās strange is that now only one of my speakers is responding correctly to the flows. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue, or should I just wait?
or the past hour, out of three speakers, only one is working with Homey. The error message displayed is āError: Resource Goneā, while all speakers work perfectly with the Sonos app. Restarting both Homey and the speakers hasnāt resolved the issue.
Same problem here, since today.
Have you been experiencing the issue since today? So, if other people are facing the same problem, I suppose we just have to wait for it to resolve itself?
Hi! Iām new over here in the community and trying to install apps and devices. Also Sonos. Adding devices works (yesterday) but I canāt control the devices. There is an error: āERRO_RESOURCE_GONEā. Does anyone now how to cope with this?

There is a ānewā search function in this forum !!
Or otherwise you can try here:
Overhere as well
Make sure you donāt have a VPN running.
-
Take power of the speakers
-
Reboot your modem and router.
-
After the reboot is done, reposer the speakers
That did the job for me
And now it works again hereš¤·š¼ Didnāt do anything?!
Mmm i think maybe i have to wait a little bit longer. Itās still not working for me
Similar issue here. but it got a bit worse. To get it working again I removed the Sonos from Homey Pro. But now Iām not able to add it again to the Homey. I keep getting the message that Homey is not able to find any new equipment
So tips/tricks are welcome to get it working again.
What I already tried: after finding out it didnāt work anymore, i repaired the devices (only worked for my soundbar, not my other sonos speakers). After that i updated the sonos app (no result) and restarted my homey pro 2023 (no result either).
Didnāt PTP so far.
Today, after a few hours, the problem disappeared, and everything is working normally.
Here is the Sonos status page: https://status.sonos.com/
All of their services appear to be āonlineā but given their current leadership, i donāt know how much I can trust it.
Hopefully it works itself out!
Today, after a few hours, the problem disappeared, and everything is working normally. I didnāt understand what caused the issue ā whether it came from Sonos or Homey. Despite the outage, I still had one speaker that continued to work with the flows. How is that possible?
What I honestly regret is that neither Homey nor Sonos communicates when there is an outage. This forces everyone to try to solve the problem themselves by deleting modules and flows, which wastes a lot of time. Itās very unfortunate because if either of them had announced that there was an ongoing issue and provided an estimated resolution time, it would save us all this stress. Thereās clearly a real communication problem.
And how was this solved? I have the same issue at this moment
I think the problem is homey(-app). Controlling the speakers through the sonos apps still works fine
AFAIK, the homey integration uses Sonosā API. For something to stop working, either someone had to update something, or the hardware/software crashed.
Restarting the Sonos app in Homey is where I would try first after power cycling my speakers.
FWIW, I havenāt had any issues this morning and my Sonos played my morning weather alerts fine around 8am CET.
