same here!
Yes, same problem here.
I tried the same steps with the same result.
Next step will be to try to remove the device/speaker and add it again, will try that later today.
Same problem here!
Yes, please.
Removing and adding the device again did not solve the problem.
I have also reported this issue to Athom
I have many Sonos speakers in my home and they are all added to Homey.
The state on the device tile for each speaker is constantly showing wrong. It can display as playing when itās not and off when it is playing.
When I start music from the Sonos app, the tile does not change.
Seeing as it happens with all the speakers, Iām thinking that this is a bug.
Anyone else experiencing this or have any suggestions?
this was already mentioned hereā¦ please create an official support ticket @ athom / homey
Thanks for reporting! This issue has been solved in Sonos v6.4.6.
Thanks for the solution, it is working correctly again
Also in your SmartPhone app? An active speaker does not show the āmoving barsā,
Also a long-press in the speaker-icon shows an empty page. (Iām using Samsung smartphone on android)
Also in the āoverviewā card, āall pausedā is shown, whi Sonosle one speaker is playing.
In the web-app (PC) it does show the bars.
Edit: After another reset of the App, it is working fine again.
Yes, in both the browser as in the mobile app (Iphone/IOS) it is showing the correct status.
When playing music the moving bars are visible and when nothing is playing the tile is grey with no bars.
Long press on the speaker-icon shows the correct pages.
After the update of the Sonos app a reboot of the whole Homey device was needed to get it working correctly.
Thanks for your answer.
After another reset of the App, it is working fine again.
Does anybody know what is meant by this update?
I donāt see the battery level of my Roam in Homey, if that was meantā¦
After update I restarted the Sonos App and after that the battery charge level of my Sonos Move is shown:
But I donāt know why the battery charge level within the device menu is shown in grey.
Ah, restarting the app did the trick, thanks for the tip!
I have the same here:
Would be nice if you could choose battery level as status indicator too:
Hello,
I am experiencing same issues as was described.
My sonos devices are not showing the right status playing / not playing. Only change of volume is working.
App version 6.5.0. Many times restarted. One device I tried to delete and add once again.
Any suggestion what can help?
Thank you in advance.
That is strange. For me a reboot of the homey device solved the issue after the update. Perhaps something is corrupt or wrongly cached ?
What you could try is to delete the Sonos app, reboot your homey device and install the Sonos app again.
You do have to check your flows afterwards because they are most likely not working correctly after that anymore.
After several attemps, it seems to me that it is working, but only for one speaker each.
I mean after I make group of speakers, nothing is visible in homey.
Comletly strange for me.
My Sonos speakers stopped responding to flows after the Sonos app updateā¦
I figured to reconfigure all. So I deleted my speakers, deleted the Sonos app. Rebooted homey.
Add device
Select Sonos
Logged into my Sonos account

How to re-add my speakers ???
