Yes, you have to re-pair them and update your flows.
You might want to consider using these two apps that help in converting your current Shelly flowcards and tags in your flows to the new ones based on the re-paired devices.
- Flow Converter - Use this app to replace the old device IDs with the new ones (flow cards and tags are linked to a device I)D. Depending on the Shelly model, this will allow you to either fully or partly convert your flows. Before you remove your Shelly devices from the Shelly app, take note of their IDs in the Device section of the Homey Developer Tools. You’ll need to old IDs as input for the conversion. Note that if you have a Shelly device that is currently represented as one device in Homey, but after the move to the Shelly Control app as two devices (e.g. a Shelly 1PM + a Shelly Plus Add-On sensor module) you might be better of converting those flows manually.
- Flow Checker - Use this app to identify broken flows. So flows that still refer to a flowcard or tag based on the original Shelly app.
