I reprogrammed everything again today, the Homey Dashboard WhatsApp function only receives texts, but no snapshots from my cameras. Maybe it’s because I used a landline number for Whatsapp. Maybe the sending of snapshots only works via a cell phone number.

When I have loaded and activated the WhatsApp app on the Homey, I no longer receive notifications on the mobile phone (iPhone). I don’t get a message on the lock screen and there is no sound when I get a new message. All notifications are turned on.

@Hagen please explain what you mean with Dashboard. are you using the whatsapp widget? or do you mean something else?
I use the Homey Dashboard function with a guest account on a tablet. As already written, I suspect that using a landline phone number with Whatsapp is causing the problem. I will try it with a cell phone number soon.

As far as i know you first use a flow that makes a snapshot and then you can send that snapshot.

it works when I send the same flow to the Whatsapp account on my cell phone.
I use the original Homey dashboard function, where a tile with Whatsapp can also be inserted as an option. The dashboard has its own Whatsapp account, which is linked to the dashboard. If I send the Whatsapp message to this account, the message is displayed with a picture on Whatsapp, but only the text is displayed on the Whatsapp dashboard tile.
