How can I send a WhatsApp to Homey?

@Hagen please explain what you mean with Dashboard. are you using the whatsapp widget? or do you mean something else?
I use the Homey Dashboard function with a guest account on a tablet. As already written, I suspect that using a landline phone number with Whatsapp is causing the problem. I will try it with a cell phone number soon.

Do you first have a flow to make a snapshot?
As far as i know you first use a flow that makes a snapshot and then you can send that snapshot.

it works when I send the same flow to the Whatsapp account on my cell phone.
I use the original Homey dashboard function, where a tile with Whatsapp can also be inserted as an option. The dashboard has its own Whatsapp account, which is linked to the dashboard. If I send the Whatsapp message to this account, the message is displayed with a picture on Whatsapp, but only the text is displayed on the Whatsapp dashboard tile.

@Hagen I don’t think the mobile phone would make a difference. As the image is showing up in your whatsapp right? So sounds more like a wrong rendering of the widget, but that’s just a guess
As soon as I find an old sim card, I’ll try it out and let you know the result.

Hi Martijn,
It seems that when the pairing code needs to be refreshed, the app needs to be restarted before it works properly again. Pairing itself works fine (visible in Whatsapp), but sending messages (I don’t have any receiving flows in Homey) is successful according to the flow but nothing is sent. After restarting the app it works properly again.
