[APP][Pro] We Connect / myAudi / MyŠKODA / My SEAT / My Cupra

@Tom93 saw the answer to the report. I see whats wrong. I never supported a 4th fallback
Will fix that tomorrow

This week the Cupra app on my Homey couldn’t do a refresh anymore with the car. Old status was presented in the app and flows start acting strange. eg. the accu was alway 24%. I refreshed en restarted al things that could be restarted but nothing helps. so i removed the app, and added it again. but after that I could not add my Cupra to the app again. (Error, Om opnieuw in te loggen, klik ‘vorige’ .)

I also tried the test/expiremental version of the Cupra app, but same result.

any idea what could be the problem?

@AndRacer Make sure to re-apply the terms and conditions.

Logout on the Cupra app on your phone, login again, accept new terms and conditions

Is there any news on adding a Enyaq to Homey. The problem now is that there is no vehicle found.

I’m using it for a Skoda. I have connected with my MySKODA account and I can see all the data in the Homey Dashboard correctly. The problem is that I cannot use the lock/unlock features and so on. When I click the buttons in HD nothings happens, but when I do the same in the official MySKODA app every command I give works perfectly.

What should I so?

What do you mean by “send a diagnostic report”? I cannot lock/unlock my Skoda via your Homey App. Am I the only one with this problem?

Hello, i just started with Homey. I do Advanced Flow for loading ID3.

Why i can`t see ID3 We Connect AND Card for Plug Connected like in the App description ?

@Jan_Schafer restart the app. Probably it will show up then.
The VAG apps decide on startup which cards should be there based on the selected vehicle

I deleted the App, installed it new and conected new to ID3. I can´t find the Card for Plug is connected.
Maybe language reason ?

@Jan_Schafer deleting and installing is not the same as restarting. Please restart the app…

Hi there, I have problems with my ID Buzz connection. At a certain point i noticed the values from the car were not updating anymore. ( car at home, plug connected,… were not updated in 20 days).

First i tried to restart the app to see if it would update but, besides the Buzz card showing red exlamation mark for about 1 min, no changes in any of the values.

so i decided to remove the car, restart app, homey and reset the car itself. after about 2 hrs i added the car again and this time there where no home position, cable connect, and other monitor values present.

Also the missing of several flow cards as for example home positon is still missing even after restarting the app several times over several days.

To be clear this is using the new Homey pro (2023 version) in my other home using older homey pro all the cards are there but not getting updated and there i did not remove the car unly restarted the app.

can someone help me please as at the moment my charging flows are not working any more.
