Hello Mark, not sure whether you are aware, but please consider using the following options when posting logs, code, etc., to increase readability of your post:
Preformatted text option to keep the output in the original format and presented in a scrollable window. This reduces the length of your post.
Hide details option, to collapse/hide the entire interview output. Clicking the collapsed item will show the interview output again.
Good news is hidden in that message: your subscription is working. Getting a file every 15 minutes means the delivery is running. They’re all named …_no_content_found, which is the portal’s way of saying the vehicle sent nothing in that window — so the problem isn’t between Homey and the portal, the car simply isn’t providing data.
Don’t press “Try to repair” — your log shows the login working fine, so that won’t change anything.
Three things to check:
Data sharing in the car — in the vehicle’s privacy settings, data transmission must be on. By far the most common cause.
Data clusters on the portal — open your continuous data request and check that clusters are actually selected.
Wake the car once — drive or unlock it, then wait for the next 15-minute window.
Also: you have three devices for the same car in Homey, one with a dead subscription ID erroring every 30 minutes. Delete the old two.
For some reason i’m keeping “no content” as well. I’ve been waiting for a couple of days without any luck. As i had chosen “All data” earlier i’ve removed the previous data files and now chosen all packages (all+the others) to be 100% sure. The car has been driven plenty, the clusters are chosen and data sharing is on (Audi homey app worked earlier). Anything i’m missing?
Hi
Im the owner of an ID.3 and ID.Buzz electric offcourse
I get a lot of data from the car by this app, but I wonder, what about “Service Warnings” Tyrepresure etc?
My car doesn’t have any warnings right now, but will they also appear here?
Three different answers, depending on which part you mean:
Service intervals — yes. If your car reports them, you get distance and days remaining until the next inspection and oil service as separate values you can use in flows.
Tyre pressure — maybe. The app has capabilities for all four wheels, but it only shows them when the vehicle sends actual pressure readings. In the datasets I’ve seen so far, VW sends only validity codes rather than real values, and the app deliberately shows nothing instead of a made-up “1 bar”. Whether your ID.3 or ID.Buzz sends real values, I genuinely don’t know — I have no dataset from either model.
The warnings themselves — no, not yet. Your car does send fields for a service warning and for active warnings in the instrument cluster, but the app doesn’t read them today. I left them out on purpose: I’ve only seen them on a vehicle with no active warning, so I can’t tell what the values mean, and guessing would mean showing you a warning state that might be wrong.
That’s where you could help. Open the app settings, go to the Debug tab and copy the raw JSON for one of your cars. That tells me exactly what an ID.3 and an ID.Buzz deliver — especially whether real tyre pressures come through. And if you ever do get a service warning, a second copy at that moment would settle what the warning field actually means. With those two I can map it properly instead of guessing.
