[APP][Pro] Verisure

There is not really a safe way to do this. As far as I know this is the only and the safest way right now, except not connecting Verisure to homey.

I just logged in with french language and did find the 2FA option. The site looks exactly the same in Norwegian, English and French.

Did you try to ask for a new password?

I’ve juste tried to ask for a new password.
I did not receive the verification code by SMS.
I have verified : email adress and phone number are right …

Not possible to disable the 2FA …
user and password are correct but still receive that the credentials are wrong.

Is it possible to get an status indicator on other things than lamps? I really miss it on other categories!

Hi. Need some help please. Have Verisure and tried to integrate with Homey Pro Early 2023. I have disabled 2-way verification and set up a new user with administrator rights. Fresh install of Verisure app in homey, version .14, put in user name eg mail adress of newly created user, put on password of new user and also with or without arm code, when i submit I always get either error message ā€Abortedā€ or ā€ too many step up tokens sentā€.
Is this still a known problem for all or is there a workaround. Any way I can try with earlier v .13 that I cannot find anymore.

Got the exact same issue here.

Finally, I was successful in connecting to MyPages.
But, I have now to register my installation.
The system ask me for three items :

  • Country : FRANCE
  • Installation number : I know it
  • Associated code : I don’t know what it could be. But as it looks to be a postal code , I type my postal code …

And the answer was : ā€˜the combination country, installation number and associated code is not correct’ !!

End of the story at that point !

If seems that I have the same problem you had, but do not know how to connect to MyPages.

Did you create a new account at MyPages? I tried it, but do not find my contry in the list (Spain)…

I have a problem that I get Timeout but it still works.

Manually open or close door. It takes a while (20 seconds maybe) and after some other 20 seconds I get a red Timeout-value

So when I look in a flow that means that I do get error message ant the flow is not continuing.

Can I do anything about this?

The ap get always the error: Aborted.
I can login on mypages.verisure.com but the app dont work

I have problems with the app crashing a couple of times a week. I have tried reinstalling it and only added the main unit to read the alarm status.

This app works great, I can now arm and disarm the system by voice command. Also all door/window sensors are showing up. Just one minor issue…. Although arm/disarm status is really quickly updated in homey, the open/close status of door/windows sensors can take ages to update on change. This blocks my flows :thinking: Anything possible to change that issue?

Lately I discovered the status of the devices (door sensor, Yale Doorman, temperature etc) is not updating. I’ve tried login to Verisure in settings in the app again, restart the app and sometimes it utdates once. Anyone experiencing this or have suggestions on how to solve? :grinning_face:

Same here (almost at least). I have to log in in the app almost every day to have it working.

@norenz haven’t been online on the forum for 9 months. I hope nothing happened to him. But, that may possible mean that there’s no one maintaining or developing the app. I hope Verisure will come up with an official app. Every time they’ve had a survey I wrote that as a suggestion. :grinning_face:

Thursday morning the devices started updating again. Nothing I did (been away on a trip) so don’t know what did it. :grinning_face:
