[APP][Pro] Universal TUYA Zigbee Device App - test

Hey @Lasse_K, I totally understand your frustration with the contact sensor showing up as unknown. It’s likely related to the recent improvements in Zigbee support. If everything is working fine, that’s a relief! But if you want to clear that “unknown” label, re-pairing could definitely help.

@robertklep, you’re spot on about the functionality still being there despite the unknown status. It can be a bit quirky with some devices, but as long as it’s doing its job, that’s what counts! If you start seeing any missing readings or anything unusual, feel free to share the app logs here, and I’ll take a look at the data points for you.

I’m here if you need anything else!

But AFAIK Tuya uses its own clusters (not the generic clusters included in ZigBee), right? That wouldn’t work in that case as I believe Homey only added support for the generic clusters.

Many of my Tuya sensors use standard clusters.

It explains why my Watersensor also installs as unknown, but has full function. Thanks a lot

Hi Dylan, all soil humidity sensors (about 7 different types and 15 devices) have been working perfectly for a few days now. As well as some motion sensors. Thank you very much for that!

Next up are rain sensors and plugs.

Who can recommend a good presence detector for me? Need some there.

Thank you in advance :+1:

That’s awesome to hear! Glad the mesh is stable and those 15 sensors are finally behaving.
For presence, you definitely want to look at mmWave sensors so you don’t get left in the dark when you’re just sitting still. Here are the best bets:
Sonoff SNZB-06P: Cheap, Zigbee, and works great with Homey.
Aqara FP2: The “gold standard” if you want to map out specific zones in a room (WiFi).
Tuya mmWave: Plenty of these work with the app now, just check the thread for specific models.
Just a heads-up: these usually need USB power, so no batteries for these ones!
Good luck with the rain sensors and plugs—keep me posted on the thread!

homey app install fails due to multiple duplicate Flow card IDs
Body:

When trying to install the app via Homey CLI,
the validation fails with multiple duplicate Flow card ID errors.

Error example:
Error: Found multiple Flow card triggers with the id
“bulb_rgb_smart_bulb_rgb_turned_on”, all Flow cards
should have a unique id.

There are many more duplicate IDs found in the drivers folder,
including in:

  • drivers/bulb_rgb_led_hybrid/driver.flow.compose.json
  • drivers/light_bulb_rgb_rgbw_hybrid/driver.flow.compose.json
  • drivers/bulb_rgb/driver.flow.compose.json

This makes it impossible to install the app via CLI.
Please fix all duplicate Flow card IDs so the app
passes homey app install validation.
