I have accactly the same problem,
after ~5m the app stops working. Only restarting the app helps

Same problem for me - unifi Cloud Key2 plus
Works fine and after a few minutes it crashes.

Update: I have 2 Homeys, the original and the Pro.
At the original the app is working fineā€¦ so the problem is not related to the Unifi setup :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Update2: just installed this experimental test version 2.1.2 and for now seems to work fine again:

I came here for the obvious reasons I could not get the configuration working. Scratching my head and reading several posts and trying a bunch of stuffā€¦

Only because that damn checkbox is not a box but just a check mark. Come on, make the ā€œunifios deviceā€ checkbox a bit more clear that it is actually something needed to click. I just read the label and made sure my port was 443.

Iā€™ve noticed that the card trigger ā€œWifi Connection Lostā€ or ā€œConnection Lostā€ takes a very long time to trigger.

When i disable my wifi for example my phone:

  • I see in the debug almost instant that my phone has disconnected. See below.
  • The device connection status is almost instant set to no
  • When I run the flow manually it works instant.

I donā€™t understand why it take minutes to trigger the disconnect card :frowning: Has anyone else experience this?
I this a possible bug?
