[APP][Pro] Support for ONVIF compatible cameras (Release 2.0.41)

Yep, I can see the event in the log and will investigate when I get home this afternoon.

Can you try the test version as it looks like I fixed that issue already.
To install the test version, just find the app in the Athom store and add test to the end.

You sir are the best  Works like a charm.

The credentials are 100% correct

I have published a new test version with more diagnostics around the point it fails. Could you try adding the NVR with this version and send me the log.

@Adrian_Rockall please check fa51938b-1224-4a4a-ba76-8d03b9c6a9e0 diagnostic report.

I have some issues with adding my doorbell Dahua vto2211g-wp to Homey via your app.

I have proper credentials and I was trying without port and with 80 onvif port.

Could you open the app setting and set the Diagnostics Log level to Full Information. Then try to add the doorbell and after it fails, go back to the app settings and click on the Send log button.
Unfortunately the Homey Diagnostics report doesn’t give enough information.

Done

IP: 192.168.0.115 it is a doorbell

I have three cameras, two of which I can add without any problems, but the third one is an issue. Could you please take a look at that?

Can you open the app settings page, set the Diagnostics Log level to Full Information. Then try to add the device and after that go back to the settings and tap on send log.

Adrian sent

I think I have it, so will look as soon as I can, buy might not be until this evening.

Did You get mine also?

Yes, I can see your’s as well.

Unfortunately, the logs are too complex to study on my small phone screen, so I will look at them when I get home.

OK, with your log the error that comes back from the camera is:
_request response (192.168.0.145): <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="yes" ?><s:Envelope xmlns:s="http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelope" xmlns:sc="http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-encoding" xmlns:ter="http://www.onvif.org/ver10/error" xmlns:wsnt="http://docs.oasis-open.org/wsn/b-2" xmlns:wsrf-bf="http://docs.oasis-open.org/wsrf/bf-2" xmlns:d="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/04/discovery"><s:Body><s:Fault><s:Code><s:Value>s:Sender</s:Value><s:Subcode><s:Value>ter:NotAuthorized</s:Value></s:Subcode></s:Code><s:Reason><s:Text xml:lang="en">Sender not Authorized. Invalid username or password! You still have 29 attempt(s).</s:Text></s:Reason></s:Fault></s:Body></s:Envelope>

So, as you can see, the camera doesn’t accept the user name and / or password that was provide.
