[APP][PRO] Renault Z.E

Hello, I had to reset the login details on the Kelec Android app. Renault may have changed the login method. I hope someone can take over development of the Homey app.

Here the same issue. When I log out and then log in again on the official My Renault app on iOS it now uses 2FA. After providing username and password I need to enter a 6 digit code send to my email adress. I’m afraid this is preventing the Homey app from accessing the API?

Edit: Just found some Home Assistant topics where the roll-out of 2FA is indeed being seen as the cause of not being able to access the api.

I hope this can be fixed in the Homey app.

Good afternoon,

As of today, the Renault and Dacia app is no longer working properly. On the actual Dacia app, our car is charged, but when we look at the Dacia app in Homey, it only shows 69%. So the link is no longer there. I have restarted it, but it remains the same. Are there other people experiencing this, or how do I resolve this?

Kind regards

If I then try to reinstall the app, it doesn’t work anymore.

Hi,

Same issue here, I can’t manage my car with Homey :frowning:
I hope someone could handle this issue :crossed_fingers:

Thanks !

The same issue was reported last Wednesday on Tweakers.net:
The Gigya API key has changed. Kelec is updating its app today, but you can also update other integrations yourself!

The current Gigya API key:

So I guess the developer needs to update the app.

First, the original Dacia app was no longer connected to the app on Homey. Then I restarted it briefly => still no result. Then I uninstalled this app and subsequently reinstalled it. When logging into the Dacia app itself, I can log in. However, this does not work on the Homey app (with the same credentials). So, I can no longer use the Dacia app on Homey. Does anyone know a solution?? Thanks in advance.

Hi Peter,

Is it possible to make it a bit more clear?

From? Homey or phone?

ā€œthe appā€ā€¦ Which app?

Do you mean the phone app by this?

With ā€œappā€ we usually mean a Homey app @ this forum, if not please describe, like ā€œDacia phone appā€.

The app topic you’d use is this one, as found on the app’s app store page:

Thx!

Just a quick clarification

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with the Dacia app in Homey Pro and can no longer get them linked.

First, I noticed that the original Dacia app was no longer connected to the Homey app. I then tried restarting the app, but that didn’t solve the problem.

Next, I uninstalled the Dacia app in Homey and reinstalled it. Logging into the official Dacia app still works without problems with my account, but it no longer works in the Homey app, even though I am using the exact same login details.

As a result, I currently cannot use the Dacia integration in Homey.

Has anyone else experienced this problem, or does anyone know a possible solution?

Does that mean this app is no longer up to date? Is there another app, or is there a solution to charge my Dacia Spring?

Thanks in advance!

Have you tried logging in back again fron the homey app?
What error message you get?

I’m not facing any issue currently…

Let me know pls

Have excactly same issue as @peter7 , Just with a Renault Zoe.

Did the same procedure as he. Now it is not conected, and can not connect.

I do see updates comming in the Zoe app (not Homey) on my android phone.

Unfortunately i do not own a Zoe but a Dacia Spring so i would need temporary account to troubleshoot it and solve the issue. If someone is available and is owning a Zoe, please set a temporary password and send me a private message in this forum. Thanks!

hello, I had the same but on Home Assistant this has already been resolved.

Renault has changed the used Client-ID. Perhaps that someone can fix the app without too much work. For HASS it was solved very quickly.
It seems to be key that has been changed by Renault which needs to be updated in the homey app.

It looks like those keys are present in the api.js file. New keys are visible in the hacf-fr renault-api on github.
If someone knows how to build homey apps, it would not be too much work if only those keys need to be replaced.

Good evening.

Sorry for the late reply.
I logged in via the Homey app, but it doesn’t work.
Here is a screenshot.
Logging in with the same login codes in the original Dacia app does work.
Do you have a solution?

Have you found a solution to this problem yet?

Have you already received a temporary password to sort this out?

Who is the owner of this app? Would it be possible to fix this in real life? Or what is the usual way to resolve this when this happens?

Same issue here with my Renault Megane :slightly_frowning_face:

My Dacia Authentication works correctly so I would need a temporary user/pass to test and troubleshoot it out for megane. If you are available, please write me a private msg on the forum.

Same problem here with Renault Megane E-Tech

Stopped work 22/5-2026

@Oreste_Dimaggio is this going to be fixed ?

Ok everyone, i’m getting the same problem too and i’m working on it.

I’ll keep you posted. I hope to solve it soon.
