New
More parcel data: Added new PostNL device capabilities and Flow tokens for weight in kg, length, width, height, observation code, canonical status, pickup status, pickup-point details and full status history.
Canonical parcel statuses: Added stable parcel states such as Registered, In transit, Out for delivery, At pickup point, Delivered, Returning and Unknown, based primarily on PostNL observation codes.
New Flow conditions: Added separate conditions for Canonical parcel status and the actual PostNL parcel status. The PostNL-status card uses a dropdown with known statuses such as sorting, received by PostNL, courier underway, pickup point and delivered. Both cards support Homey’s inverted condition.
New PostNL login: Pair and Repair now use the newer PostNL login method with email address and password directly inside Homey, including PostNL branding.
Fixed
Repair screen: Fixed the unknown_error_getting_file error when opening Repair and restored the PostNL-branded repair experience.
Incorrect dimensions: Fixed PostNL dimensions being interpreted in the wrong unit. Native millimetre values are now correctly converted to centimetres.
Missing dimension values: Improved extraction of length, width and height from the different Track & Trace structures returned by PostNL.
Status history presentation: Improved handling of the full status-history data so it can be presented more cleanly instead of exposing an unreadable raw data block.
Improvement
Weight & dimensions: Parcel measurements are now normalized correctly from PostNL’s native values. Weight remains available in the familiar grams format while also exposing kg with decimals, and dimensions are additionally available as separate length, width and height in cm.
Full parcel history: Status history is enriched with the original PostNL description, timestamp, observation code and canonical status.
Pickup-point support: Parcels destined for a PostNL Point or parcel locker can now be identified separately, with pickup-point information exposed whenever PostNL provides it.
My Packages details: The package details popup can expose more of the available Track & Trace information, including canonical status, observation code, measurements, pickup information and history.
Parcel Journey: Improved handling of longer parcel journeys and made the timeline vertically scrollable for longer status histories.
Memory usage: Reduced unnecessary image processing, caching and refresh work to lower memory usage while PostNL data and widgets are being updated.

Leaner parcel history: Only the 15 most recent delivered shipments and the last 30 timeline events per parcel are kept, shrinking the stored data from megabytes to kilobytes.
Mail scans: Scans of incoming mail are reused and no longer downloaded again on every sync.
Widget refresh: Open widgets no longer start a full PostNL sync every minute; widget refreshes are now served from recent data (a full sync at most every 3 minutes).
Open in PostNL: A new Open in PostNL button takes you straight to the parcel’s Track & Trace page.
Dutch capability name: The Observation code capability now has a proper Dutch name (Observatiecode) instead of the untranslated English label.
Up-to-date image in parcel Flows: Fixed parcel Flow cards (for example a WhatsApp message after a status change) sending an image that still showed the previous parcel status. Every parcel trigger now gets its own image, drawn at the moment of the trigger with the current status, delivery window and progress.
Global image tokens: New global tokens “Parcel image” and “Latest mail scan” are always filled and can be used in any Flow, including Advanced Flows with several trigger cards. Trigger tokens (such as Sender or Parcel image of a specific card) only exist when that card started the Flow, which caused “Missing token value” when another card fired.
Only parcels on the way: Images are only drawn for parcels that have not been delivered yet. Flows for delivered parcels reuse the current My Delivery image without extra rendering.
