Delivery Date & Delivery Window capabilities
Added dedicated device capabilities for the next PostNL parcel:
- Delivery date
- Delivery window
New Flow trigger: Delivery window available
A new trigger fires when a parcel receives a delivery window.
The trigger includes the relevant parcel information and Flow tokens, such as sender, tracking number, delivery date, delivery window and status.
New Flow condition: Delivery window is known
Added a device condition to check whether a delivery window is currently available.
This condition can also be inverted in Homey, making it easy to create Flows for situations where a delivery window is not yet known.
Package details popup
The My Package widget now opens a detailed popup when a parcel is selected.
Depending on the available PostNL data, the popup can show information such as:
- status
- tracking number
- sender
- receiver
- delivery date
- delivery window
- account
- shipment type
- direction
- last event
- last update
Improvement
PostNL-style package widget
The package widget has been refreshed with a dedicated PostNL orange design instead of the MyParcel green styling.
Improved package row information
Package rows now use smarter date and time information.
When a parcel is underway and a delivery window is known, the widget shows:
DD-MM-YYYY · HH:mm - HH:mm
For announced, delivered or other parcel states, the most relevant event date and time is shown instead.
Localized parcel statuses
Parcel statuses shown in capabilities, widgets and Flow tokens are now localized instead of exposing raw or inconsistent status values.
For example:
- Onderweg
- Aangemeld
- Bezorgd
with corresponding English values when Homey is set to English.
Improved Flow tokens
Parcel Flow tokens now use consistent formatting:
- delivery date → DD-MM-YYYY
- delivery window start/end → HH:mm
- delivery window → HH:mm - HH:mm
- status and previous status → localized values
Improved mail archive handling
The 21-day mail archive now follows calendar days using Homey’s configured timezone.
Current device capabilities and mail Flow data remain based only on current/live mail, while the My Post widget continues to show historical mail with the newest item first.
Shorter README
The README has been simplified and now refers users to the Community Forum topic for installation and account-linking instructions.
