Hi @johan_bendz ,
I installed the test version to add a motion sensor SML003. I just want to confirm that the inclusion and first tests worked like a charm.
Great work
Thanks!
Hi @aunmo, try to connect your bridge via matter. Works like a charm for me. Motion sensors are now responding rapidly
The hue hub can be connect via matter into Homey Pro ?
Hi @Eric_Franckx, within the hue app you can get a matter coupling code. Copy and paste this code within the homey app, underneath-> add device → matter → without qr code.
See images below for the hue app
Cool thanks
But my hub was already register in Holey Pro, I have uninstalled app, add new appliance, ask to click on button on hue but , then allow to select but never ask for the matter code
How to reset it ?
Thanks works now following this link https://support.homey.app/hc/en-us/articles/9075551662108-Matter-Beta-for-Homey-Pro-Early-2023-
@fantross Thanks. I updated post. Sorry about that.
Hi
thanks for the app :). I was wondering - is it possible to set color with text tag? I am using color lights all around the house and I would like to control color via variable so every light gets same color.
Request support for Gradient lightstrip

Hi, I just purchased an Hue outdoor motion sensor (SML002) without a Hue bridge. But the sensor is way too sensitive. Is it possible to adjust the sensitivity level? I’m using Homey Pro 2023.
Hi Ollie,
Please use the appropriate app topic.
Search for ‘[app] app_name_here’, or find the link at the homey.app store’s app page.
While I was curious and found several results from searching the forum:
According to the linked github issue in this post, sensitivity settings were added 2 months ago
The changelog @ homey.app also mentioned this:
As I recall you can add Hue motion sensors as occupancy sensors to Homey.
Give it a try, maybe the sensitivity option becomes available.
Yeah adding it as an occupancy sensor works, you will get 2 extra options, including the sensitivity.
You will need to use the TEST version of the app
Thanks Peter, I added the sensor as a motion sensor and not as a occupancy sensor. I will check this out.
Can I move my question to the correct topic?
Hi ![]()
I’m reaching out for some advice regarding an issue I’m facing with my motion sensors. I have several of them installed, most of which are outdoor sensors, and a few indoors. They all worked flawlessly on my Homey Pro 2019. However, since migrating to Homey Pro 2023, I’ve been experiencing connectivity issues.
The sensors keep disconnecting from the Zigbee network after a few days of operation. A quick repair usually fixes the problem temporarily, but they disconnect again after a few days. The batteries are freshly charged, and these sensors were added last to my setup. Moreover, each sensor is within 50 cm of a Zigbee router device.
I’ve tried switching to a test version and re-adding them as occupancy sensors, but the problem persists. Does anyone have any suggestions or has faced a similar issue? Your insights would be greatly appreciated!
The battery on my dimmer switch reported LOW so I changed battery, but it’s still reporting LOW. This was 2 days ago. Do I have to do something to inform it that its battery has been changed? ![]()
Hi, I experience similar with my SML003 indoor motion sensor configured as Occupancy Sensor on mu Homey Pro and the Test version of the Philips Hue Zigbee (without the bridge) app. Homey Pro re-booted twice because of power failure and today got an update to version 10.3.0. All three times the full system was up and running again, apart from the SML003 which I had to delete and re-install. The SML003 is on firmware 2.53.6. Does anybody know what to do? ![]()
New Test version out.
v.2.0.50
Fix:
- Wall Switch Module now works
- Occupancy sensors now have “keep alive code”, hopefully resolving problems with units dropping/not reporting after a while
- Some devices that did not report battery now does
Change:
- Wall Switch Module (RDM001 & RDM004) driver back to two tiles, one for each input/button. (For now this is the only way to have the unit not fire both triggers on a single button change.)
Added support for:
- New version of the Wall Switch Module (RDM004)
- New version of the Smart Button (RDM003)
- New version of Lightstrip (LCL006)
- New version of the Outdoor Occupancy Sensor (SML004)
- Devere Medium Ceiling Light
- Surimu Rectangle Ceiling Panel
- New version of Bulb E14 P45 White
- New version of Argenta 3-light Spotlight
- New versions of Bulb 1100 Lumen White
- New versions of Ensis Pendant
- New version of the Smart Plug
- New version of Infuse Medium Ceiling Light
- New version of Being Ceiling Lamp
