  1. I can’t turn on the child lock in your app.
  2. If I turn the child lock “on” on the Philips Device or in the Philips app and if your homey app has updated, then child lock is on in Homey. And Then I can switch child lock in Homey off.

What’s do you mean with lights? Button lights?

What is not working on my end are;

In the “Dash”

  • Current Allergen Index
  • Current Gas (TVOC)
  • Active Carbon Replace in
  • Water level

On the “Card”

  • Humidification
  • Light Level Ring
  • Target Humidity
  • Purifier Mode
  • Display Mode
  • Fan Speed
  • Current Allergen Index
  • Current Gas (TVOC)
  • Water level

I am not using it in flows yet, I am still getting to know the device (only arrived last night)

But feel free to let me know if I can test anything later on :wink:

nice, can you send me a diagnostic report. Will check what it is using for communication protocol? Do you have some vpn so I can try it with you.

VPN, nope currently have not setup, and am writing this from work.
If that makes live easier let me try and set that up in the coming days so you can debug/play with the AC3737/10.

Hi Edwin,

Did some testing using homey and the app;

  • Turn off works
  • Turn on does not work.
  • Light level changes do not work.
  • Humidification detection does not work.
  • Target Humidity does not work.

Using “Then” cards only Turn off works.
Changing modes (auto, speed1, speed2, turbo, night/sleep) does not work.
Same for turning on the device or changing the humidification level.

Let me know if I can help in debugging in any other way.
Not sure how I should setup the VPN, but feel free to let me know.

for now I guess not , I don’t see anything on github plus I don’t have this device so I cannot fully support it.
Do you have a vpn so I can test everything?

Thanks both of you, sadly I am not so savvy yet when it comes to both Homey and VPNs and the like but this test version is wonderful :slight_smile:

Hi,

I bought a Philips AC1715/11 and added it to the app on Homey Pro Early 2023 but can’t get it to work.

It won’t show any values or react when i try to control it.

Could you please help me out?

I have an AC0650/10 model (2022) as well which we added to a sleeping room. I’ll try and get you a report tonight, if you can look into supporting it that would be awesome again Edwin!

yep AC0650/10 is an issue , I think it is stripped version of AC0850/11
I and others tried before but this device never responds back.

I added my Philips AC1715/11 last Friday and I had no problems.
Please note that the app has a poll interval of 2 minutes.
