okay, I should have been more clear :sweat_smile:

What I mean is, I can make all kinds of flows, but stopping them never works.
What’s the best way to make a party start for a while, and then manually stop it?

I have 14 Eglo GU10 lights in 1 group, and looking for the disco feature to work (for an unknown while, a few hours), and stop properly when a stop signal is sent.
If you want me to test anything, let me know!

Oh, and is there a page or video where the party scenes are shown? Or do I just have to try them all :stuck_out_tongue:

the sene is still going on… also the name of the sene doesn’t seem to have good lighting. Whatever name I choose, I get to see all the colors of the color spectrum

Been trying the app as I wanted to remove using the Hue hub and move to direct zigbee/hue without bridge app.

As per image, created a basic flow to turn in the 3 hue lights with Party Lights, with hue scene. They don’t change to other colours.
Any ideas?

I think I tried every conceivable combination of triggers, delays, groupings, etc. from the advice on here but I just could not get this app to stop my lights once they’d started their random colour interval. In the end, I’ve opted for a more direct approach and it works perfectly (if you’ve got the relevant ‘random’ feature in your lights).

Hope this helps others whilst the bugs are worked out in this app.

Yes, it’s a painful bug in the app. Will fix it after the vacations!.

Is it also possible to use this app to make a LED strip glow through the entire color palette? So, slowly transitioning from yellow to green with the intermediate colors, and then moving on to blue, red, etc.? I can’t really find it on this forum, or maybe I’m searching with the wrong keywords?

I thought so too, but then it randomly jumps from one color to another without transition. Or is that not correct?

did some testing this evening.
but nu color transition smoothly just hard from color to color.
and the app is constantly crashing so after every test had to restart the app to try again.

so i think ik need to find my solution somewehere else? or are there any other suggestions?
