First of all, thanks for this app!
I bought a Smart Switch Module 2ch B3Z which I can only add to Homey as a generic zigbee device (shows up as Unknown Zigbee Device) not using the NOUS app because a “Something went wrong” message comes up everytime…

The device details are:

Product ID: TS0002

Hi MrMartins,

Manufacturer ID “_TZ3000_aaifmpuq” and Product ID “TS0002” are actually the one recognized by Homey Nous App, so this should work as it.

Can you try again first resetting your device by pressing the button behind your device for 10 seconds until the led flashes - and do this twice ?
Then control there are no more devices paired with Homey (the default driver one).
Finlay, try again to include your B3Z in Homey by taking it very close to your Homey box (to be sure).

And if it still doesn’t work, can you send me an App Debug report ?

I received your Log Report but there’s nothing abnormal in it.
Only Drivers loging starting message and nothing else.

Did you try installing Nous App before adding your new B3Z (not both in one shot) ?

I’m going to test with a new B3Z module to see if it pairs correctly but I did this many many times before.

I did what I usually do when I add a device to Homey.
However, I repeated all the process from scratch after those steps you mentioned before and the result was the same. I don’t know/understand what I’m possibly doing wrong…

Yes, made the paring test twice and everything is working Ok.
In French, here are the steps :

1- Add device, select NOUS and select “Smart switch Module 2ch B3Z

2- Press “Continue

3- Press “Continue

4- Press the button on device 10 seconds untill led starts flashing

5- Device has been paired (2 devices for the 2 buttons)

Hey i have issue with Nous 2 channel smart switch LZ2. After integration with Homey pro that find out two devices button 1 and button 2. What is wird but ok for me (becouse on Tuya found only 1 devices and work better). When i would like to make flow with button 1 and separately with button 2 it is issue. This issue looks like it “despite which button (in flow) both on them will be turn on or turn off in the same time” how i can fix that issue ?

Can you make the On and Off test of whatever button directly on Homey interface (phone or web, no matter) ? I think it should also light On or Off both devices.

If yes, I know there were a bug on Nous LZ2 firmware on first sold devices.
It has been corrected but you’ll have to upgrade device firmware (but you need a Nous E1 Hub to do this) or contact reseller support to exchange your device.

Hello SergeP, I would like kindly ask you whether you can support me and check if Nous BZ1, BZ2, BZ3 and BZ4 has settings where I can set momentary switch (Push button) ? Is there any setting in Homey how relays interact with S1-S2 ? Thank you very much for your support.

No, sorry, all Nous ZigBee Smart Switch Module work with permanent On/Off contact, no momentary. And of course, there is no settings in Homey App to choose between permanent or momentary contact.

Thank you for your fast answer. But it seems than Homey is not supporting this function or ? Because I can see that in zigbee2mqtt there is option to select switch type. Toggle, state and momentary.
